By accessing the Chocorati website or visiting our atelier in Dubai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our services, including the purchase of our artisanal healthy chocolates and interaction with our digital platforms.

Each Chocorati bite is handcrafted using premium natural ingredients. Due to the artisanal nature of our process, slight variations in appearance and weight may occur. We maintain the highest standards of quality control to ensure every piece meets our luxury wellness benchmarks.

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept major credit cards and secure digital payment methods. Chocorati reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or inventory discrepancies.

We provide premium temperature-controlled delivery within Dubai and across the UAE. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to local traffic conditions. For international GCC orders, specific customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Due to the perishable nature of our functional chocolates, we do not accept returns. If you receive a product that is damaged or does not meet our quality guarantee, please contact our concierge within 24 hours of delivery at info@chocorati.com with photographic evidence for a resolution.

All content on this site, including the Chocorati Royal Crest, signature recipes, photography, and brand copy, is the exclusive property of Chocorati Atelier. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
